The Speedtest might not work, if you are using Internet Explorer on Windows 10. The following steps should fix the problem:
- Go to Internet Options
- Chose Security tab and click Local Intranet there
- Then click Sites. In the pop-up, click Advanced
- Enter *.speedtestcustom.com into the text field and click Add
- Restart your IE browser.
